Parliamentary Digital Service is seeking a Senior Change Manager to shape and lead strategic change across digital projects and value streams within Parliament. You will apply established methodologies, guide adoption of new technologies, and ensure users stay at the heart of every change.
You will collaborate with Members, staff, and PDS colleagues, providing leadership to the team, managing resources, and delivering change programmes with a focus on inclusion, equality, and security.
