Lead MEP Project Manager for Major Regeneration

YTL UK is hiring an MEP Project Manager for Brabazon, transforming the historic Filton Airfield into a major regeneration project. You’ll oversee MEP across feasibility to handover, coordinating design, procurement and construction while ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and CIBSE/BSRIA standards.

You’ll lead MEP teams, manage risks, drive BIM coordination and coordinate with suppliers, contractors and on‑site engineers to deliver a high‑quality, energy‑efficient building complex.
