Job Description:
Barden is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Change Manager for the final phase of a major finance transformation in Leeds. This nine-month fixed-term contract focuses entirely on the people side of the change, delivering training and adopting new ways of working.
You will work closely with the change lead, manage workshops, build trust with stakeholders, and track adoption, risks and issues to ensure a smooth transition. Health insurance and pension are included.
