The role:
My client, an established and expanding FinTech organisation are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their team.
You will predominantly work on Projects that cover the corporate applications side of the business. This will incorporate application based projects around ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, Procurement, Compliance, Tax etc. that keeps the business running.
Some previous experience running projects around Salesforce or Workday is required, as these will constitute a percentage of the project work undertaken.
BA skills will be required for core responsibilities such as requirement gathering and project scoping.
The ideal candidate will likely come from another FinTech, or potentially a vendor.
A background in Computer Science is desirable but not essential. However fundamentals such as understanding how API’s work is required.
Any experience working with platforms such as Workday or Salesforce is highly desirable.
