Job Description:

Want to lead an ERP transformation and help shape the future of a growing manufacturer?

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a well-established, US privately owned global manufacturer. They have a strong market position in the UK and ambitious plans to grow by around 50% over the next few years. Their UK operation is about to move into a brand new site in Bredbury, which adds significant extra capacity and new production lines. The UK will also become the supply hub for Europe.

This is a rare chance to join at a pivotal moment and play a central part in that growth.

The role

Your first big project is the move from Sage 200 to NetSuite. You’ll be the UK lead and the go-to person for the project. You’ll work with an experienced, supportive group systems team who have already done the discovery work, and you’ll make sure the new system works for the people who use it every day.

You’ll:

  • Act as the link between the US systems team and the UK business, turning operational needs into clear requirements
  • Map and improve processes across production, warehouse, supply chain, sales and finance
  • Own data migration and master data quality
  • Plan and run user training, and support the team through go-live and beyond
  • Get to the root of problems, always asking what the real issue is before jumping to a fix
  • Become a trusted partner to the Director of Operations as the business grows

About you

  • Experience with ERP systems, such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Epicor or Infor, ideally in manufacturing, industrial or distribution businesses
  • Confident with processes and data, and comfortable working with master data
  • A great communicator who can build relationships from the shop floor to senior leadership
  • Curious, driven and enthusiastic about making things work better
  • Happy to spend time on a busy factory floor

Involvement in an ERP implementation or migration is a big plus, but it isn’t essential. Your mindset, curiosity and drive matter more than a perfect CV, and full support and training are on offer.

Why apply?

  • Lead a high-profile transformation project from day one
  • Join a growing business with a brand new facility and real investment behind it
  • A genuine career path: this role can grow into operations, supply chain, commercial or wider business leadership
  • A friendly, close-knit UK team, backed by a global group

Interviews are happening now, with a January start.
