  • Leading ESG and sustainability initiatives across the estate.
  • Undertaking regular site inspections and ensuring presentation standards remain exceptional.
  • Managing void units and supporting leasing activity where required.
  • Handling insurance matters and claims management.
  • Producing detailed client reports and attending regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Supporting wider asset management initiatives, acquisitions and disposals.

About You

We would be keen to hear from candidates with:

  • Significant commercial property management experience.
  • Retail, shopping centre, retail park or mixed-use asset experience.

  • Excellent occupier and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
  • Experience working alongside operational and facilities management teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
  • MRICS qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why Apply?

  • Excellent level of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Exposure to a broad range of property management and asset management activities.
  • Strong support structure and career development opportunities.
  • Competitive salary of £70,000 – £80,000 plus benefits.
  • Initial 12-month contract with strong prospects beyond the initial term.
