Overview
As Senior Project Manager, you lead CRM and technology transformation programs for wealth management clients from discovery to go-live and review. You will establish effective delivery governance and chair steering groups, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You’ll manage functional design, data migration workstreams, and vendor coordination to ensure successful outcomes. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic shaping of how modern wealth firms transform using leading software and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing, collaborative environment and have a clear impact on delivery strategy and client success.

Responsibilities
- Lead CRM and technology transformation projects from discovery to post-implementation review
- Set up governance, delivery frameworks, RAID logs, risk management and change control
- Chair steering committees and build relationships with client executives
- Manage functional process design and data migration workstreams with vendors
- Mentor consultants and identify opportunities to extend work with clients
Key requirements
- Proven delivery of CRM or technology-enabled transformation in wealth management or financial services
- External delivery experience or leading an internal change function
- Hands-on experience with managing change and data migration, vendors, budgets, and resources
- Ability to run multiple projects and produce effective steering decks for senior audiences
