Finance Operations Manager – Ledgers & Payroll

Romac Logistics, based in Urmston, is seeking an experienced finance leader to manage payroll, purchase and sales ledgers, and credit control. The role oversees a small transactional team to ensure accurate reconciliations, timely month-end reporting, and strict compliance with UK payroll rules.

You will oversee banking controls, supplier payments, and cash funding, driving improvements in processes and reducing risk.
