Oxford Playhouse is seeking a part-time Human Resources Manager to drive recruitment, wellbeing, training and employee relations at our theatre in Oxford. The role focuses on people-centric, legally compliant HR practices aligned with our values and objectives.

The HR Manager will oversee the HR function, supporting a supportive, inclusive workplace culture. Salary is pro-rata c.£41,000 per annum, with a closing date of 18/11/2026 and interview on 23/11/2026.
