Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Fire

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth across the fire protection market in South England.

This is a field-based technical sales role focused on developing new business, building relationships with sprinkler contractors and expanding sales of fire pump solutions across commercial and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across South England.
• Build and maintain relationships with sprinkler contractors, installers and consultants.
• Drive sales of fire pump systems and associated solutions.
• Identify opportunities across commercial, industrial, logistics and data centre projects.
• Prepare and coordinate technical quotations and proposals.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and customer accounts through CRM.
• Work closely with technical, sales and service teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Develop existing accounts while securing new customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven technical sales or business development experience within fire protection, sprinkler systems, pumps or a related industry.
• Experience developing new business and winning contractor relationships.
• Good understanding of fire pump applications.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working independently.
• Based in South England with flexibility for regular travel.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of BS EN 12845, LPCB or FM standards.
• Experience with wet risers, MSMO systems or fire protection projects.
