Perle Oban Hotel is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the Oban Brasserie on Scotland’s west coast. You will drive menus, mentor a brigade and champion local Scottish produce within a four-star hotel setting.

This hands-on role offers £45,000 salary plus up to 5% bonus, tips and service charge, subsidised accommodation, and 28 days holiday. You’ll work with a collaborative hotel leadership team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
