Adult Social Worker — Care Planning & Safeguarding

Oldham Council is seeking a registered social worker for Adult Social Care in Royton. The role involves statutory assessments, care and support planning, and helping people access services to live safely and independently as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will manage a caseload, build relationships with service users, carers and partner agencies, and maintain accurate records, participate in reviews and safeguarding, while contributing to service improvements through reflective practice.
