HR Compliance & Payroll Officer (Remote/Nottingham)

Muslim Hands is seeking a HR Compliance Officer to support payroll administration and HR record accuracy in Nottingham with remote UK flexibility. The role covers payroll checks, data quality, onboarding, absence, appraisals and training in a 12-month fixed-term arrangement.

You will liaise with Payroll and Finance, maintain audit trails, and ensure HR policies are followed. A CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification is preferred and experience with HRIS systems is important.
