Hybrid Customer Support Coordinator | Growth & Development

AB Agri Ltd. is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Peterborough. The role is hybrid, with in-office presence 1–2 days per week and a total of 37.5 hours across Mon-Fri plus Saturday rota.

You will handle orders and queries for farmers, processing orders on internal systems and updating stakeholders accordingly. You will communicate with customers via phone, email and Teams, ensuring accurate data entry and order status, with overtime and bank holiday
