Assistant Branch Manager — Drive Optical and Hearing Sales

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive branch performance, and maintain high standards of clinical care.

You will assist in daily operations, motivate sales targets for optical and hearing products, train staff, manage stock and merchandising, and coordinate local marketing. You may step in as acting Branch Manager when required.
