ERP Business Analyst Contract

Outside IR35 | Days on site will be required

Were seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support an ERP transformation programme, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into clear requirements and improved processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Map current and future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with implementation partners and technical teams to support ERP configuration, integration and data migration.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, resolve issues and support training and adoption.

Essential criteria

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis skills.
• Experience across core ERP processes such as finance, procurement, supply chain or operations.
• Ability to challenge constructively and build relationships across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting data migration, integration requirements and user acceptance testing.
• Clear communication and documentation skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to travel as required.
