Business Manager – E-Commerce & Restaurant Operations

KOYAMA is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Manager to take charge of business operations, manage e-commerce activities and assist the company’s continuing growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for growing online sales, managing digital platforms and enhancing overall business performance.

Essential Duties

• Working with e-commerce platforms like Uber Eats and Deliveroo
• Manage online menus, product listings, price and promotions.
• Create marketing plans to boost online sales and engage consumers.
• Track online orders, sales performance, customer feedback and platform metrics.
• Design digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Managed daily restaurant operations, leading kitchen and front-of-house crews.
• Manage rotas, staff supervision and training.
• Monitor business performance, stock levels, suppliers, and operating costs.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, profitability and business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in company management, e-commerce or online sales.
• Knowledge of internet delivery platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to assess the sales performance and establish the business plans.
• Experience in managing teams and organising businesses.

Salary and Benefits
