Director, Global Tax & Market Expansion

Quince is seeking a Director, International Tax to build and own the global tax function as the company expands into Europe, Mexico, Australia and beyond. You will shape permanent establishment risk, transfer pricing, and indirect tax strategies while partnering with Legal, People Ops, and Supply Chain.

You will operate as the primary tax expert for new market launches, ensuring compliant structures, registrations, and filings from day one, and you will influence global tax policy and technology
