Strategic Divisional Director, Procurement & Supply Chain

Randstad UK is seeking a Divisional Director for Procurement & Supply Chain to lead strategy across a major Tier 1 construction division in the UK. You will own external spend of £600m+ annually, shape P&L outcomes, and sit on the Divisional SLT, collaborating with MDs and project leaders to deliver value.

The role requires proven director-level experience, NEC3/NEC4 contract mastery, MCIPS, and a track record of sustainable procurement, with travel across projects and UK sites.
