Senior Guidewire Business Analyst 6-Month Contract Inside IR35

We’re supporting a leading UK insurance organisation on a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Business Analyst to help drive business and technology change.

Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel to OfficeContract: 6 MonthsIR35: Inside IR35

The Role

You’ll work with senior business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, challenge current processes, facilitate workshops and ensure solutions deliver tangible business value. This is a highly visible role within a complex transformation environment where your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex business and technology transformation programmes.




• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.




• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and requirements gathering capabilities.




• Previous experience working within the insurance sector.




• Strong experience delivering Guidewire-related projects.

Highly Desirable

• Guidewire Certified Professional qualification.




• Alternatively, extensive hands‑on Guidewire Business Analyst experience within insurance environments.




• Ability to provide strategic input and challenge existing operating models.
