Senior Site Manager – High-Volume Residential Build

untypical is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a fast-paced housing site in Cringleford, Eastern Region, on a permanent basis. You will drive pre-construction and build phases, manage budgets, ensure NHBC and health & safety standards, and coordinate multiple trades to hit ambitious build programmes while maintaining quality and customer care.

You will lead the site team, liaise with internal departments and external partners, and ensure the on-site delivery aligns with contracted targets
