Senior Mechanical Project Manager – M&E for Office Fit-Outs

Whiteoak Associates is seeking a Mechanical biased Building Services Project Manager to join the team near Reading, working with the Head of Technical Services on high-end commercial projects.

You will manage M&E packages across interior fit-out and new build schemes in the UK, coordinating with Tier One contractors or M&E specialists, on sites and in pre-construction phases. A salary between £75k-£85k with benefits is on offer.
