Head of HR – Lead Multi-Site Growth & People Strategy

Sanderson King is supporting a high-growth, founder-led business in London to appoint a Head of HR / aspiring HR Director. You will own the People agenda, build scalable HR processes, and lead recruitment and onboarding across multiple sites.

This hands-on, fast-paced role requires experience in multi-site environments and a track record of influencing senior leadership. Onsite in Central London with up to five days per week.
