Strategic Operations & Contracts Manager

Encon Staffing Associates Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager / Contracts Manager for a specialist groundworks contractor. You will lead delivery of projects, ensuring on-budget, on-time performance and quality, while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will manage 3 or 4 site managers and may step into site management when required, coordinating programmes, procurement, and HSQE compliance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.
