Internal Communications Manager — Engagement & Apps (Hybrid)

Nando’s Group in London is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead how we tell our story inside the business. You’ll plan, deliver and measure campaigns across channels, owning the Nandoca App and driving engagement across restaurant teams and Central Support.

You’ll partner with People and Brand, coordinate with operations stakeholders, and play a key role in bringing our values to life while protecting our reputation in a busy, multi-site hospitality environment.
