Strategic Cost Controller for Construction Projects

NES Fircroft is seeking a Cost Controller for a 6-month inside IR35 contract in the Middlesbrough area. The role supports project management by estimating costs to completion, managing budgets and reporting, with occasional travel within Teesside and to Inverness.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, budget development, contract/variation management and cost reporting. Candidates should have a relevant cost control degree and strong MS Office skills.
