Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning UK SME lender and broker that helps businesses access fast, flexible funding. As part of a major expansion at their Birmingham city centre office, they’re recruiting ten Internal Account Managers to join their growing sales team.
The Role
You’ll work inbound business finance enquiries and make outbound calls to warm leads and existing contacts in the company’s database. You’ll quote, convert and build relationships with business owners. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, so you’ll quickly build a strong understanding of business finance products and the SME funding market.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing, quoting and converting inbound business finance enquiries
- Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospects
- Following up consistently and building a strong pipeline
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the product range
- Following all credit, compliance and fraud prevention procedures
- Meeting clear KPIs on activity, conversion and revenue
About You:
- Previous sales experience is welcome but not essential. Attitude matters most.
- Positive, energetic and self-motivated

- A confident communicator who enjoys the phone
- Hungry to learn and build a long-term career in sales and finance

- £400 guaranteed monthly commission plus a £600 quarterly performance bonus (c.£7,000 a year)
