SENCO & SEND Lead Teacher – Independent Special School

UCM Education is seeking an experienced SENCO/SEND Teacher to lead its SEND provision while remaining closely involved in teaching and learning. Location is Hammersmith, London, with a full-time permanent contract.

The role involves leading SEND, coordinating annual reviews, and supporting safeguarding and attendance. You will line-manage areas of the school and contribute to school improvement planning, all while working with families and external professionals.
