Senior Team Lead, Adult Community Mental Health

HPFT in St Albans is seeking a Band 7 Team Leader for Adult Community Mental Health. The post is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) with flexible working and pro rata salary of £51,657–£58,785, subject to HCAS. Driving licence and car use are required due to community-based duties.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, promote continuous quality improvement, and work closely with the Service Manager to deliver effective community mental health services.
