Senior Quantity Surveyor: Subcontract & Cost Control

Apex M&E Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage subcontract packages from negotiation through to final account, working closely with the commercial team and site teams to ensure project delivery and value.

You will visit sites, prepare valuations, monitor costs and maintain records in line with company procedures. A degree in Quantity Surveying and several years of relevant experience are essential, along with MS Office skills and a driving licence.
