Customer Success Expert – QuickBooks Support (Hybrid)

Foundever, in partnership with Intuit, is seeking a Customer Success Expert for their Kingston upon Thames location. The role centers on supporting QuickBooks users with software and sales inquiries, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and acting as a customer ambassador in a hybrid work environment.

The position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week), with a 4-week paid training period. Start date is 7 January 2027 and sponsorship is not available for this role.
