Highways Support & Licences Officer

Hampshire County Council is recruiting for a Highway Support Officer based in Winchester. You will join the Highways Operation Centre to handle customer enquiries, identify actions, and communicate with residents and stakeholders to meet statutory duties.

In Licences and Encroachments, you will process applications, issue licences, and ensure information is accurate while balancing operational needs with residents’ requirements. A dynamic role in a busy team.
