Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts is seeking a PALS Officer to join the Patient Advice and Liaison Service. You will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives and carers, handling enquiries and concerns with empathy and professional communication.
The role requires excellent typing and written communication, and the ability to signpost to appropriate wards or services. You will work within a supportive team on site, with standard hours and flexible working arrangements.
