Impactful Residential Children’s Support Worker

Community Integrated Care is hiring a Support Worker for a children’s residential home in the Fareham area. You will support three children aged 9–18 with daily living, confidence building and independence, under the supervision of the Registered Manager.

Role includes 9-hour and 15-hour shifts with sleepovers, driving to rural locations, and a bank contract. Training and progression are offered, with a focus on safeguarding and wellbeing.
