Part-Time Community Support Worker – Daytime & Training

Lancashire County Council is recruiting for a part-time Day Service Support Worker in Fleetwood. Salary £26,016 – £26,847 per annum, with 16–24 hours per week across daytime shifts Mon–Fri between 8:30am–5:00pm.

You will support people at the day service centre and in the community, helping them take part in activities, learn new skills, and access local groups and events. Training is fully funded, including Care Certificate.

Interview dates: Monday 9 November 2026 and Tuesday 10 November 2026.
