Advanced Supply Chain Group is seeking a Warehouse Training Lead to drive capability and performance across the site by designing and delivering impactful training initiatives. You will run workshops, onboard new starters, and help colleagues sharpen skills to reach their potential.
The role is hands-on and people-first, with responsibilities including assessments, SOP/SSOW updates, and contributing to the site’s continuous improvement plan. A training background and 3PL experience are essential.
