Senior Financial Accountant — Drive Fintech Excellence

Zilch is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to own month-end close, financial reporting and operational expenditure accounting. The role operates with independence, delivering accurate information on time and aligning with controls. You will support cross-functional initiatives and help develop junior team members.

You will collaborate with FP&A on variances, manage IFRS 16 lease accounting, and oversee the Polish subsidiary’s accounting, including reconciliations and external audit prep.
