Compassionate Care Assistant for Dementia and Residential Care

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing through personal care and daily activities.

You will help with washing, dressing, meals and mobility while delivering care with compassion and respect. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and all staff receive safeguarding training and ongoing development.
