Senior Residential Care Lead – Trauma-Informed for Kids

Brook Street UK is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Care Worker in Halifax to support children and young people in a trauma-informed residential setting. You will help with emotional, social, and physical development within a structured environment and model high standards of care.

You will work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a 37-hour week, providing mentoring to colleagues and contributing to care planning and safeguarding.
