Hybrid Commercial Mortgage Underwriter – SME Focus

Allica Bank is seeking an experienced SME underwriter to assess and decide on borrowing requests in line with the bank’s credit policy. You will manage the end-to-end process, coordinate with solicitors and valuers, and ensure loans are fully secured before draw-down, while maintaining strong relationships with brokers and customers.

The role requires robust credit analysis, understanding of SME markets, and the ability to escalate cases to Credit Committee when needed.
