The Find Group is seeking an experienced Account Director to join their growing experiential marketing and events business. Hybrid: 2 days in Harpenden office, 3 days remote.

As Account Director, you will lead high-profile client accounts, drive account growth, and oversee complex, live experiential activations. You will manage junior team members, bridge creative strategy with production delivery, and take full financial ownership of multi-project budgets.
