Finance Business Partner

Overview

As a Finance Business Partner in a PE-backed West Cheshire business, you will act as a commercial driver who partners with Sales, Commercial and Operations to shape decisions and challenge performance. While month-end and management reporting form part of the remit, the focus is on value-adding business partnering. You will progress rapidly based on delivered results, taking on increasing responsibility in a growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Commercial and Operations to influence commercial decisions
• Understand and challenge financial performance and drivers
• Provide insights to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Engage in month-end processes and management reporting as a supporting activity
• Communicate with non-finance stakeholders to influence decisions
• Support the business with value-adding analysis and scenario planning
