HR Advisor (12-Month, Part-Time) – Culture & People Growth

The Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury is hiring an HR Advisor on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, with hybrid working options and a pro-rated salary of £15,245 per annum (£37,606 FTE).

You will provide reliable HR advice, handle casework, and support the HR Manager across ERA 25 changes while developing our Culture Action Plan and people strategies for 2027. DBS check is required.
