Restaurant Manager: Lead a motivated team & stellar guest service

British Garden Centres is seeking a Restaurant Manager who can lead a hands-on team, drive guest satisfaction and pro-actively develop the business. You will promote excellent customer service and work to ensure every visit is memorable.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and handling escalated customer queries and grievances. Weekend work is required and you should have at least 2 years of management experience.
