Job Description:
NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced contract owner to lead the cladding package on a major project. You will own the scope, programme obligations and conditions, and ensure the subcontractor is held to the agreed plan.
You will track design approvals, manage RAMS and permits, chase late items, and coordinate interfaces with adjacent packages. You will document recovery plans and ensure records for handover are complete.
