Contract Business Analyst – Insurance & Broking (Lloyd’s)

Morson Group is seeking a Business Analyst for a London contract in the Lloyds insurance broking space. The role focuses on eliciting and documenting requirements, creating BRDs and functional specifications, and ensuring traceability across the project lifecycle.

You will translate complex broking processes into actionable outputs for tech and delivery teams, manage changes, and prioritise by business value and risk. Prior experience in retail broking is preferred.
