Job Description Affiliates Manager | Beauty | International Growth | Competitive Salary n nWe are partnering with a fast-growing UK beauty brand with a highly engaged global customer base to recruit an Affiliates Manager to drive the growth of its affiliate programme.n nThe Affiliates Manager will take ownership of the channel across Rakuten , managing publisher relationships, budgets, commercial opportunities and performance, with a particular focus on international expansion and the US market.n nThis is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who understands affiliate marketing and knows how to build partnerships that deliver both revenue and new customer growth.n Key Responsibilities n n n Lead and grow the affiliate programme through Rakuten , with accountability for commercial performance. n Manage and develop existing publisher relationships while identifying and securing new partners. n Own affiliate budgets, commissions, placements and commercial negotiations. n Identify growth opportunities across content, editorial, loyalty, creator and community-led publishers. n Support international expansion, particularly across the US affiliate market . n Analyse performance by publisher, campaign and market, turning data into clear commercial recommendations. n Produce regular reporting on revenue, ROI, publisher performance and channel growth. n Explore new platforms, publishers and partnership opportunities to expand the channel. n Work closely with wider Marketing, Ecommerce and International teams to support customer and revenue growth. n Key Requirements n n n Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships or Performance Marketing . n Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, publisher models and commercial partnerships. n Experience with Rakuten or another major affiliate platform is highly desirable. n Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and negotiating partnerships. n Confident analysing performance data and using insight to drive decisions. n Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. n Experience working across international markets would be beneficial. n Knowledge of the US affiliate landscape would be a strong advantage. n Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. n Why Apply? n nThis is an opportunity for an experienced Affiliates Manager to take ownership of a high-growth channel within an ambitious international beauty brand, with genuine scope to expand the publisher network, develop new markets and make a measurable commercial impact.n nIf you are an Affiliates Manager with strong publisher relationships, commercial instincts and experience scaling affiliate performance, we’d love to hear from you.n nBBBH37440n n JBRP1_UKTJ
