Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Hippo Digital’s Health Sector, you define product vision, empower cross-functional teams, and translate client ambitions into measurable healthcare outcomes. You will lead multi-disciplinary delivery, drive value with user-centered design, and leverage AI to enhance delivery quality. The role combines client influence with team leadership to improve public health within NHS and wider health contexts. You will work in a fast, collaborative environment that values practical problem-solving and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable client outcomes and deliver value
• Inspire colleagues by clarifying client needs and securing buy-in
• Provide team leadership and shield delivery from distractions
• Engage stakeholders to form a vision and convert it into a roadmap and prioritized backlog
• Communicate with a diverse set of professionals
• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering for high-profile health and care clients
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to enhance delivery quality and execution

• Lead workshops remotely and in-person
• Develop product and user-centric capabilities in others
• Apply GDS and NHS Service standards (Service Manual and Service Assessments)
• Navigate regulatory environments around patient data privacy and clinical safety
• Deliver services through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live stages per GDS
• Leverage experience across health and care organisations to improve patient outcomes
