Corporate Communications Manager EMEA & APAC

Overview

In this role, you will drive Delinea’s brand visibility and thought leadership across EMEA and APAC by managing media relations, executive communications, and content. You’ll translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear narratives and collaborate with regional teams to align PR with business goals. You will shape external messaging, support crisis communications, and track impact to inform strategy. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how Delinea is perceived in a fast-growing security space.

Responsibilities

• External communications & media relations across EMEA & APAC
• Draft, edit, and coordinate press releases, pitches, and briefing documents
• Manage relationships with journalists, analysts, and media outlets
• Track media coverage and create reporting dashboards
• Oversee regional agency partners (PR, content) across multiple regions
• Collaborate with regional marketing leads to align PR with local objectives
• Executive & thought leadership support (blogs, op-eds, speeches, social posts)
• Research trends and identify opportunities for executives to stand out
• Internal communications to support culture and priorities
• Content creation & management (Q&As, FAQs, storytelling frameworks)
• Develop cybersecurity thought leadership assets (whitepapers, customer stories)
• Crisis communications support (holding statements, FAQs)
• Measurement & reporting of KPIs to inform strategy

Key requirements

• 5+ years in corporate communications or PR with exposure to EMEA or APAC
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proven media relations success with established relationships
• Familiarity with digital tools (media monitoring platforms, Slack, Asana, Sprout)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
