Hybrid Private Sector Housing Officer – HMO & Licensing | Essex

Park Avenue Recruitment seeks an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer in Essex on a hybrid, six-month initial contract. You will inspect HMOs and privately rented properties, perform HHSRS assessments, and investigate housing complaints while ensuring compliance with housing legislation.

You will liaise with landlords and tenants, prepare notices, and contribute to service improvements. A degree in Environmental Health and HHSRS qualification are preferred.
